Tesha leads outdoor qigong and sound bath sessions at Point Fermin Park in San Pedro, on the cliffs above the Pacific Ocean. Each session opens with introductions, intention setting and a guided meditation, continues with gentle qigong and a sound bath played on crystal bowls, gongs, chimes, bells, drums and rainsticks, and wraps up with a group discussion. All levels are welcome, and Tesha describes her sessions as beginner-friendly and LGBTQ inclusive.
