More than a practice, a revolutionary upgrade to your Tai Chi experience. Join us as we exercise our sense of balance and integrity. Peace and love. Trap Chi is a unique blend of traditional Tai Chi and trap music instrumentals, created in 2017 by Sunrise The Divine, a metaphysical hip hop artist, licensed massage therapist and event producer based in Los Angeles. A session brings together tai chi, meditation, affirmations, stretching and breath work, set to trap instrumentals, and welcomes people of all ages and fitness levels.
