Sacred Movement is a weekly class at North Hollywood Church of Religious Science, facilitated by Doreen Remo, Steven Gray and Skip Jennings. The church describes it as a collaborative, spirit-filled movement experience for mind, body and spirit, with gentle yet dynamic full-body practices including yoga, qigong, Pilates, Essentrics movement, meditation, intention setting and affirmations. The group meets every Thursday from 1:00 to 2:00 PM in the Sanctuary, with a suggested donation of $15.
