As a teacher of Qi Gong, meditation, and yoga, I guide individuals back to their natural state of harmony, vitality, and awareness. My approach integrates the ancient wisdom of Eastern movement arts to support holistic well-being. Through the gentle, flowing energy work of Qi Gong, we cultivate vital energy, release physical stagnation, and promote deep cellular healing. Through yoga, we build strength, flexibility, and conscious alignment, creating a grounded foundation for the body. Through meditation, we train the mind to rest in spacious presence, fostering mental clarity and emotional resilience. Whether you are seeking stress relief, physical restoration, a deeper connection to your breath, or a consistent daily practice, my classes offer an inclusive, nurturing environment for practitioners of all levels. Together, we explore practices that honor the intelligence of the body, quiet the busy mind, and reconnect us to our innate inner peace.
What people say about Rob
M First time trying qigong and I was honestly a little nervous, but Rob makes everything so easy to follow. Nothing felt rushed. The yoga nidra at the end as the sun went down was the most relaxed I've been in months.
D My girlfriend dragged me to this. I expected to be bored for 45 minutes, instead I fell asleep during the sleeping meditation part and woke up feeling like I'd had a full night's rest. Coming back next Friday.
