Cancel before the event starts
For paid events, you can cancel your registration anytime before the event starts. Your ticket is refunded in full to your original payment method.
The event is canceled
If the host cancels an event, every paid ticket is refunded in full automatically. You don't need to do anything.
The event is rescheduled
If the new time doesn't work for you, cancel before the event starts and your ticket is refunded in full.
Missed the event
If you registered, didn't cancel, and didn't attend, the ticket is not refunded. There are no extra fees, and it doesn't affect future registrations.
When refunds arrive
Refunds usually reach your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.
Pay-in-person events
For events marked pay in person, payment goes directly to the host. Changes and refunds are settled with the host on site.
