Tai Chi NASH teaches the Yang style short form of tai chi in the Cheng Man-ch'ing tradition at the Friends Meeting Quaker House on 26th Avenue North in Nashville. Fall courses include a Saturday introduction for beginners and in-depth classes for students who know the form.
