John Salat of ChiFlows teaches tai chi and qigong group classes in Orange County. Classes meet outdoors on Wednesday afternoons at Mountain View Park in Lake Forest, indoors on Friday mornings at Kaleidoscope Mall in Mission Viejo, and on Saturday mornings at Modjeska Park in Silverado, with an indoor backup nearby. One-on-one sessions are available by appointment in Lake Forest.
