Hi, I am a 八段锦 (Eight Brocades) practitioner blending movement, breath, and sound into an immersive experience. With over eight years as a DJ performing across cities and countries, I integrate electronic music with Eight Brocades and breathwork to create spaces for deep embodiment and flow.
Based in Los Angeles, I have hosted yoga and Animal Flow sessions, and my five-year meditation practice - including a 10-day Vipassana retreat - shapes my approach to mindfulness. I have also led yoga and meditation sessions at Burning Man, guiding others toward presence, balance, and connection through movement and awareness.
