RequirementsPrograms are for people affected by cancer and their loved ones. New participants attend a Welcome Orientation Meeting first, held over Zoom on Mondays and Fridays at 11:00 am, and can then register for any class.

AlsoFor the online qigong class, the Zoom details are emailed to you when you register.

Cancer Support Community South Bay offers programs and classes for cancer patients and their loved ones, from yoga and tai chi classes to support groups. Everything it offers is completely free of charge, and the first step to joining is a Welcome Orientation Meeting held over Zoom.
