The Culver City Qi Gong Meet Up Group is a community offering from Gentle Way Acupuncture, organized and taught by Culver City local Star Urmston. Star shares basic qi gong breathing and moving practice in a playful, free-form way, along with the foundational qi gong practice called the Ten Pieces of Silk. Beginners can learn qi gong for the first time, and seasoned practitioners are welcome to keep refining their practice.
