EDM Tai Chi & Qigong

Kelo original

A Kelo experience that pairs tai chi and qigong movement with a live electronic music set. A certified event lead guides the forms while the music sets the pace, with breathing practice and a short meditation woven in, so the session works body and mind together. Kelo's artists treat the music as part of the practice.

Questions people ask

What is the difference between tai chi and qigong?

Qigong is a family of simple, repeatable movements paired with breathing, usually practised standing in place; a set such as the Eight Brocades takes about fifteen minutes. Tai chi is a flowing sequence of linked postures that moves across the floor and takes longer to learn. Many groups teach both, and beginners often start with qigong.
