Co-create Kelo sessions as a physical therapist.
You set the movement boundaries. An event lead runs the room, and Kelo takes care of the venue, sign-ups and reminders.
Three roles in every Crossover session.
You set the movement boundaries.
You pick the movements that fit and swap in a steadier version wherever one is needed.
An event lead runs the room.
The order, the music and the pace belong to a trained Kelo event lead.
Kelo takes care of the rest.
The venue, the sign-ups, the reminder texts and the technology behind each session.
What you get.
A public page of your own.
Your credentials, the situations you work with, your practice and city, and how to reach you, in English and Chinese. People can find it in search.
Your words, as you wrote them.
What you write about how you work appears on your page exactly as written.
Your name on the sessions you shape.
Each session you design carries your name. Kelo verifies every physical therapist before their name goes on a session.
Your part runs from a link Kelo sends.
Look over each session from one link.
Before a session, Kelo emails you a link. If we have your phone number, the same link comes by text too. It opens in the browser on your phone or computer and shows who signed up and what they shared about how they feel.
Shape the plan for the group.
The warm-up focus and the easier options are drafted from what people shared. Keep a line, tweak it or cross it out, and the lead gets the plan you send back.
See the exercise sheets people bring.
Participants can share the exercise sheet from their own physical therapist. Each person decides whether to share it, and it appears on the same link.
Your questions, answered.
Is this physical therapy?
It's a group movement session, designed with a physical therapist and led by an event lead. Each participant's own physical therapy stays with their own therapist.
Who leads the session?
A trained Kelo event lead runs every session, using the plan you send back.
Who writes what's on my page?
You do. What you write about your approach appears exactly as written, next to your name.
Which languages?
English, Chinese or both. Your page has an English and a Chinese version.
What happens after I send a note?
We read every note and reply by email to set up a first conversation.
Can I see a session before I write?
Yes. The Crossover tab at the top of this page lists the sessions on the calendar and the physical therapists who designed them.
